So sleeeeeeepy
I really don't know why, but I'm SUPER tired all the time. Like, way more than usual. The last few mornings, I've woken up from about a 6.5-7 hour sleep, standard for me, and I feel like I haven't slept a wink! I was training way more than I am now a few weeks ago and I wasn't this tired then! It's really putting a strain on my already unmotivated self....any thoughts/comments/suggestions/concerns???
