Great Doggie!!! Aren't they are Blessing during these final long workout days when what we need most is unconditional love and comfort???

I couldn't live without my fur babies.

I know what you mean about the loneliness. When you are awarded you Ironman Medal--know that along with all the sweat and pain this is also a symbol of strength and determination. It means that you can do anything you set your mind to...alone or with others.

Hang in there. The taper is coming!
