Today....post marathon training begins. I will swim for 30 minutes...yeah! That's like the shortest workout EVER. The next month or so will be mostly base training, getting back on the bike and swimming more, and losing some pounds (I say this as I eat my cinnamon scone from Starbucks...shhh!) I actually haven't been too terribly bad in my post marathon eating. But I suppose I should get back on the wagon because the Holidays are coming very quickly!
So anyway, pretty easy stuff planned the next two weeks. No more than an hour a day either swimming or biking. I cannot wait to start lifting again, and just be a triathlete! The season is just around the corner, right???
