Anyone else?

So I've decided for outdoor runs and bikes I need one of those Quarterback play cheat sheet sleeves so I can put my workout in it...anyone else??

Good idea. I have tried taping it to my treadmill and to the bike when I am on the trainer.

You know about the weighing in thing..."in my past life" as a NCAA athlete we had to weigh in every Monday - which SUCKED. I am pretty sure the coach was just trying to keep us from drinking...:)

So, now I take the OCD approach and weigh myself everyday. I KNOW, I KNOW...but that is what I do. It is the only way to keep myself in line, I had stopped weighing myself after Ironman and ended up where I am. AND.IT.SUCKS!

Ok, sorry for venting. It has been a sucky day. :)
