Well, Junior survived his haircut in the ghetto yesterday. Although he looks kind of ridiculous, but he needed it all cut off. Here's the cute pup (although he looks really pissed at me).
Recovery run this morning... 5.5 miles at lower than 75% HR. It was kind of rough because my joints were still sore from running 20 on Saturday. Oh well. What are you gonna do?
Oh yeah, this is "old Junior"...actually he destroyed a ball I bought him...stuffing was flying everywhere, and this is him oblivious to the stuffing on his face. Oh I love this little guy!!
